Codee Cleaning Services (CCS) established in 2011, provide a diverse range of cleaning services across sectors such as Commercial, Government, and Health sectors. Registered with the Aboriginal Business Directory of Western Australia, CCS are a majority owned Indigenous company. We respect and acknowledge the Indigenous people of this land, and our elders past and present and emerging.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, the health and safety of our community – our clients and staff alike – remain our highest priority. We ensure you that we are being pro-active in minimising the risk of spreading the virus. We have introduced additional measures to ensure that we can continue to serve you and future clients.

What do we do?

At CCS understanding the needs of our clients and adapting our systems to deliver our services has been a major role in the growth of our business. We all know a tidy workplace helps promote repeat business and provide a safe hygienic work environment. Our supervisors ensure our staff meet all expectations when it comes to maintaining a comfortable clean workspace and let our head office and administrative staff provide efficient support if there are any questions.

Our goal is to manage and maintain our ongoing clients to meet their budget; we achieve these results through training and good communication with our clients. CCS are always up to date with the current award rates for all staff in the field and in the office. Our payroll systems and roster are all linked to the Fair Work rate, so our staff are never under-paid or miss any benefits that they are entitled to. This plays a large role in making sure that we supply the right staffing for all contracts. With 20% of our staff also being Indigenous, we are working on increasing our engagement with local agents to help employ more local indigenous people in our business and best serve our clients.
