Codee are constantly building partnerships to expand on our workforce providing jobs for more Indigenous people throughout Western Australia, we also employ multiple third party businesses to ensure that we are keeping all of our insurances, award pay rates and benefits current. There are many changes that can occur with Fair Work that some businesses are not  made aware of, Codee are always in the loop and making appropriate changes that get passed onto our staff hard working staff and the administration team.

The director of the company is Craig Grainger who has owned and operated multiple companies across the building and construction industry over the last 15 years. Craig has the ability to structure a business for growth within any industry, showing a large emphasis on company branding and ethos he believes that Codee being a service based business needs to focus on the client’s needs to succeed and build a continued relationships for the future. This can only be achieved when all parties truly understand the value in which they have to offer each other, without this understanding there will be no longevity. Craig has lead the team at Codee to working with some larger scale Government contracts both in communities and the CBD area. Our private commercial sector also provides us up to 60% of our business income.

Codee aims to provide a healthy growth to the business by maintaining the correct pricing as opposed to the cheapest pricing in the market, whilst most clients are wanting value for money Codee are wanting staff entitlements and indigenous employment to take just as much emphasis so that we can continue to deliver top quality service.

Our Vision

The vision at Codee is to hold a reputation for providing clients with consistently high-quality services while demonstrating best sustainable practices within the cleaning industry.  As an Aboriginal owned organization, we strive to develop towards improving employment outcomes for our communities.
